Standard Delivery
Standard deliveries are made to curbside locations using professional logistics partners. Our pellets are delivered on pallets protected with a durable pallet hood to preserve quality.
Typical deliveries are carried out with 18-tonne trucks equipped with tail lifts to safely unload the pallets.

Delivery Restrictions
To ensure safe unloading, deliveries require a stable and level surface. Pallet pump trucks cannot operate efficiently on uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass, or slopes.
Because pellet pallets can weigh up to one tonne, they cannot be moved manually on inclined surfaces.

Pallet Sizes
Bagged Wood Pellets
Bagged pellets and briquettes are delivered on pallets measuring approximately 1m × 1.2m.
Depending on the product type, pallet heights vary between 1.2m and 1.8m.
Firewood Crates
Firewood crates measure approximately 0.85m high and 1.1m × 1.08m wide.
These crates require unloading with a forklift or a tail lift.
