Clean combustion with very low ash residue
Consistent pellet size for smooth stove operation
Environmentally friendly biomass energy
Suitable for modern pellet boilers and stoves
Product Specifications
Our ENplus®? A1 wood pellets have a diameter between 6 mm and 8 mm, making them suitable for most pellet heating systems. The pellet length typically ranges from 3.15 mm up to 40 mm, ensuring proper feeding in automatic pellet burners.
The moisture content does not exceed 10%, which ensures efficient combustion and high energy output. Ash content is kept below 0.7%, resulting in less residue and reduced cleaning requirements for heating equipment.
The pellets provide a net calorific value of approximately 4.6 – 5.0 kWh per kilogram, delivering reliable heat output and efficient fuel consumption. The bulk density typically ranges between 600 and 750 kg per cubic meter, and the mechanical durability is above 98%, minimizing pellet breakage and dust formation during transport and handling.
All pellets are produced from 100% natural softwood raw materials, without additives, ensuring clean burning and environmentally responsible heating.
Packaging Options
Our pellets are available in two standard packaging formats to suit both residential and commercial users.
The most common packaging format is 15 kg consumer bags, which are convenient for household storage and manual handling. Each pallet contains 70 bags of 15 kg, giving a total pallet weight of approximately 1,050 kg. The bags are stacked on pallets and securely shrink-wrapped to protect the product during transport and storage.
For larger heating systems and industrial users, pellets are also available in 1,000 kg big bags (jumbo bags). These large bags are designed for mechanical handling with forklifts and are ideal for bulk storage and automated pellet feeding systems.
Transport and Loading Capacity
For truck or container deliveries with a total load of approximately 27 metric tons, pellets packed in 15 kg bags are typically loaded on around 26 pallets. Each pallet weighs about 1.05 tons, which results in approximately 1,820 individual 15 kg bags per truck or container.
When using 1,000 kg big bags, a standard shipment can contain approximately 26 to 27 big bags, depending on transport configuration and weight limits.
Shipments can be arranged using curtain-side trucks, walking floor trucks, or 40-foot containers, depending on the destination and customer requirements.
HS Code
The international customs classification for wood pellets is HS Code 4401.31, which refers to wood pellets and similar solid biofuels used for energy production.
Storage Instructions
To maintain pellet quality and performance, proper storage conditions are important. Wood pellets should always be stored in a dry and well-ventilated area and protected from moisture or rain. Pallets should be kept off the ground and away from damp surfaces to prevent moisture absorption.
Exposure to water or high humidity can cause pellets to expand, crumble, or lose combustion efficiency, therefore indoor storage or covered storage areas are recommended.
Safety Information
Wood pellets are a natural and environmentally safe biomass fuel, but basic handling precautions should be followed. During handling, excessive pellet dust should be avoided and storage areas should be properly ventilated.
Pellets should be stored away from open flames and excessive heat sources. When stored correctly, pellets remain stable and safe for long-term use.
